If you don't feel anything, do it for a longer amount of time and try to clear your mind.

Then the technique will work, just won't be as effective.

sounds interesting ill give it a try. this sould be fun.
and yes allyourki and silenced heart are correct it took me forever to realize that will power is the most important thing in ki. i can see my ki going to my hands all i want but unless i tell it to move or will it to move it just sits there like a rock.
but i have goten to a point where i can say a word or think do this and my ki does it. ie when i make a ki ball and want it to compress i say thrysta and it does so. or making a ki ball all i hve to do is hold my hand out flat like naruto does to use rasengan and my ki is already moving to my arm i just have to let it come out and form the ball.
Make sence

Ki never sits like a rock, you're obviously very deluded when it comes to the way your ki works. Ki is constantly moving, flowing round your body. Like blood. But not blood or really anything to do with blood.

No, you don't want to focus on sensations. If you just will to feel the sensations, you will, but you won't get the effect. You must will it to happen, you might visualize at the same time. If done with proper breathing and stance you'll get the effect.

Once again, thank you to allyourki for making another point that people seem to have trouble understanding. Your focus should be the effect, not the feeling. This is why I cringe when I open my email account and see about a dozen emails asking "what should I feel when I do this technique?"
