There are other martial arts that use it as well. most people do know full well that Ki has been used in traditional Martial Arts Forms for years/centuries/millenia etc. not neccesarilly just AiKiDo but also other forms such as Tai-Chi from the Chinese, and Qi-Gong as well. Also, AiKiDo is a relatively recent martial art derived from an even earlier form that was known as Daitô-ryû Aiki-jûjutsu sometime in the 1920s. As for Tai-Chi (Chi and Ki/Qi/Yi all being the same thing throughout multiple cultures) it has it's earliest known documentation as early the 1820s known traditionally as Tai Chi Chuan. And the roots of QiGong extend millenia backwards as a health practice, Spiritual path and/or a possible component of a Chinese Martial Art. I've been practicing a variety of Martial Arts since I was about the age of Four to the present. This site however was made by RadKiers and none are left thankfully. Although I do miss being able to laugh at the foolishnes and folly of those who tried or made claims, it was worth a good laugh at the very least. Now, was that informative?
