Hello there, how do you use meditation technique for Ki? I mean like the one Piccolo / Tien uses... I need to use Meditation to help my ki does anyone here know how to use it, Please? If so thanks for your help.

From the Japanese martial standpoint, Ki development comes from two things: practicing technique and meditation. Any basic meditation will do. www.skhquest.com/articles/howtomeditate.php is a good place to start. After that, if you're into sports or martial arts, start training/practicing more. Every time you throw that ball, launch that kick, or run that extra lap (in whatever it is you do) you're focuing Ki into that action. When you finally need it for that sparring match, fight, or sporting event you'll have Ki built up that'll be used very efficiently in those actions.
