Here are some quotes from Bruce Lee. Tell me what you think these things mean to you:
"Faith is a state of mind that can be conditioned through self-discipline. Faith will accomplish."
"Faith makes it possible to achieve that which man's mind can conceive and believe."
"Possession of anything begins in the mind."
"Thoughts are things."
"The intangible represents the real power of the universe. It is the seed of the tangible."
"The spirit of the individual is determined by his dominating thought habits."
"Cease negative mental chattering. — If you think a thing is impossible, you'll make it impossible. Pessimism blunts the tools you need to succeed."
I know that by putting them on a forum like this that they're more than a bit out of context with what he meant at the time he said or wrote these statements. I don't want to know what you think Bruce Lee's meaning was. I want to know your meaning.

A few more quotes from his "Tao of Jeet Kune Do£ "Attain stillness while moving, like thy moon beneath the waves that ever go on rolling and rocking"
"Art calls for complete mastery of techniques, developed by reflection within the soul."
"Artless art' is the artistic process within the artist; it's meaning is "art of the soul.' All the various moves of all the tools means a step on the way to the absolute aesthetic world of the soul."
"All vague notions must fall before a pupil can call himself a master."
"The artistic activity does not lie in art itself as such. It penetrates into a deeper world in which all art forms (of things inwardly experienced flow together, and in which the harmony of soul and cosmos in the nothing has it's outcome in reality"
"It is the artistic process, therefor, that is reality and reality is truth."
