Don't attempt Ki blasts, they're unhealthy and ineffective.

1) why is it unhealthy?
2) What moves can I do?

advent, depends on what method you use. Generally, you're forcing the ki to move against it's own flow and will damage your meridians. 2) Moves? What do you mean?

I don't quite understand, Martial arts and Energy work is not split up into "Moves" and "Jutu's" or any other crap.

yes it is, there are different types of techniques just like there are different types of kicks and punches and fighting styles. he wants to know what techniques he should do such as grounding sensing and ki punches.

So you want me to talk about splitting Qi into needles or energy balls or flame blasts? Not going to happen. Qi is energy. It flows, it doesn't stay in a space and make a specific shape and it doesn't gain momentum when pushing it out in a huge stream or by making a blockage at your wrist and blasting it out. it is merely a flow, from your arms. You can strike pressure points with it or use it to strike someones interior and exterior at the same time...but why would you? First you must master the body, in rigurous physical training, generally in martial arts. In the end you should study internal arts so that the danger you pose does not leave. When training the body you get worse as you get older. In internal arts you do not.

allyourki does have a point. In fact the only point that matters, which is solidly grounded in fact. Not unsubstantiated fairy tales and fantasies of being like cartoons... So take his advice. It will do you some good if you heed his words.
